    Bocar XP-5 / Corvette

    Hi,
    Saw this wonderful car at a car show in Leland Michigan yesterday.
    The recently finished restoration looked and sounded terrific, and the car appeared to run great!
    I remember reading about these cars in Road & Track and I 'think' I even clipped an ad for one.
    They were a bit out of my $ range though at my paper route income level.

          I seem to remember seeing a Bocar race at Watkins Glen in about 1962. Did very well, as I recall, although it didn't win.
