What Seat Belts Buckles, Retractors, Boots on early '65 ?

I've gone through the section in the '65 TIM&JG, and mostly they quote early (versus later) as the design change points.

So what would I expect on a VIN 014xx (trim tag date D6, Nov 6th 1964, the first day back to work after a 6 week strike) ?

So far I'm thinking belt buckles IC-8000 without the 4 instructions; NO roll-up retractors ? or were they installed from the git-go ?; definitely no orange instructions tag. Were there boots with cup installed to hold the rolled up belt and retractor if there was NO retractor ?

Wayne, I would think they should be as you describe, with no retractors and no boots, plus chromed and #'d anchor plates. May even have '64 dated tags. I have a set, with the 4 instructions, with the retractors & anchor plates that are still '64 dated tags - they appear without the apparently destroyed boots.
