Need Recommendation on some Company to Anodize Original Rockers

I need a recommendation on someone to Anodize Rocker Moldings.

Just don't want to use repos as they don't fit or look good on the ends.

    Thanks everyone,

    JR

Joe, Andy Cannizzo has a plater that anodizes the rockers. I assume you have his number. If not. 732-583-5378
    Or call Jorjorian. JD

JR, I was going to use this guy to redo my 65 rockers until I found some NOS ones ( I wish I would have sent him mine to redo, the NOS ones were not like the originals). He comes highly recommended. http://www.trimrestoration.com/ Very few do the correct bright dip anodizing prior to the clear.

Andy is excellent and does the whole process - he has my '63 shifter console for restoration as I write...

I still have my originals from my 63. I put NOS panels on back in about 92, just to spruce it up a little. My old ones are still good having just a few pits and road tar, etc., and the black painting in the slots is worn thin in spots. Can the re-anodizing be done including the clean up and painting? What are we talking about for expense and time? I'm happy with my NOS panels, but they too are starting to show age and road grime. So, if I were to fix them up, I wonder if it would be worth it to just re-do my originals while I continue to drive.

Thanks guys. A couple of those recommended are not doing anodizing anymore and one was not on my list of references.
            Anyone else care to help!

Andy is certainly anodizing center consoles - I talked to him within the last 48 hours...can't say if he still does the rockers (I have an original pair that need redone too) but I would think so.

He is the best, but not cheap....

King of Trim in Ca. does a great job with mldgs. I have had many done there.

                    Joe,

I have used McNichols in Michigan http://www.mcnicholsanodizing.com/ They do very good work and from my personal experience, they are 1/4 the cost King of Trim in California charges. They are very familiar with automotive anodizing needs and the last time I had them do some work, they finished the job, sent it back to me, and said "if you like the work, send a check because they don't take credit cards". Hard to find someone so good at what they do and will let you inspect the finished work before you pay for it!

Thanks Scott! I have all the stuff for two 63 Roadsters and one 64 already polished and ready for anodizing! Would be worth the drive to Tulsa. Will call in AM.

                            Joe ,

Since I am right behind you in sending my rockers out , would you mind sharing what you found out , price quotes etc. and who you decided to go with? Either here or by pm.

                            Thanks

                            Jim
