Help,How would i find the correct part number for my generator for my 1962 Corvette, and how might i find one ? 300 HP

there were two generators for 62...1102268 is the part number for the SHP high amp gen....don't know low HP,s gen number

The correct generator for your application is 1102174. You can search EBay or try John Pirkle for one.

This information is in the 61-62 TIM&JG 6th edition (Judging Manual). If you don't have one, you should consider ordering one from NCRS.

The other '62 generator, 1102174, was for the 250 and 300 hp engines.

He advertises in the driveline, which is online on this website! You could also search the membership. Also I agree with what Dennis said, buy the AIM and Judging manual
