    C2 1966 Jack Restoration

    First, Can you guys help me to determine if this jack and handle are original or Repro? If it is an original, what is the process for restoring it? Can the paint be chemically stripped or bead blasted and then sprayed black?

      It looks to be real. You can remove the worm gear and related parts and clean them to natural. The bead blast the jack and paint.

          Does anyone else have input? This is a 3 hole handle, I know from the archives 1 hole handles are very likely to be original for 1966. I took close ups of the rives on the jack handle and jack base. they look very similar. Were the jack and handles produced by the same company?
