    differential leak

Heys guys, Need a little help. Have an oil leak where the differential pumkin bolts to the rear end housing. wondering if there is any great difficulty pulling the pumkin and about how long it should take to replace that gasket. I do have an axle puller, is there any other special tools I will need?

No special tools, bolts that hold axle in are 9/16, there are four on each axle. It is a little easier if you have a half moon shaped wrench. (I'm sure there is a specific name for it). Once axles are out just unbolt drive shaft and take the pumpkin out. Check to make sure that the two surfaces are not scared up from Bubba putting a screwdriver in between to pry out pumpkin. If in doubt and you are getting judged a little gasket sealer does wonders!
