Cage nut in 67 roadster W/S frame

One of the cage nuts is gone in my windshield frame where the receiver for the convertible top stud mounts. I am trying to figure out a way to fix this problem without cutting the W/S frame, of course it the it is the nut closest to the rearview mirror. I wanted to get all the W/S stainless on but can't yet till I figure out how to get this issue solved! Has anyone ever had to fix one of these?George

Yes good idea. I bought a kit a while ago at Northern Tool, along with several packs of differently sized inserts.

I think it was this one.....HERE
