Should bolts at door hinge be painted or not on a 1966 Coupe?

On a 1966 Coupe, should the 4 visible bolts that holds the door hinge, be painted or not?
Appreciate any help on this.

I wonder if the doors were on the body when it entered the paint booth - what's your guess?

Yes, the doors were on the body and the bolts had overspray from thick to thin. Very little if any on the bolts in the door but much on the bolts into the body.
