Correct Delco Battery model # for 73-74 454? Judging guide appears to be incorrect.

The 73-74 judging guide states #R89WT for 73-74 454 vettes yet for 70-72 454 it states #R89W without the "T". The Delco battery guru at Restoration Battery states that the R89W is the correct # and the "T" is not correct. They state that the R89WT does not even show up in the old Delco catalog and again shows R89W. Is this a mistake in the judging guide? thanks for any help

The T may have been used for batteries shipped to the factory with acid installed. The manual is wrong.
