Is the dist hold down for an aluminum intake the stamped steel part or the formed wire part?

GM says it was the one piece, stamped steel GM #3704912 for all 1958 small blocks.

When I bought the car it had the wire type, but since everything is wrong or incorrect on this car figured I'd double check.
