    The car rides remarkably well and handles as well as I expect it would. My original assessment was based on the appearance of the outer portion of the bushing and not on ride, noise, or any other discernible quality. I will have to think about this for a while.

    Yes, the manufacturers' names "Clevite" and "Harris" appear embossed on the rubber portion of the bushing.

        WWell, in that case, I won't be seeing much there, considering their condition.

            Gary since you may visit Bairs for some work, check with them for type of bushings they use when they rebuild the arms. Might save you work time to let Bairs do all the needed work on your control arms since you might be able to schedule a one day service to go and return the same day with work completed to enjoy your Corvette.
