For the steering wheel, you need to talk to Richard Dunham, (517) 339-8225, dunco1959@sbcglobal.net; he's the best in the business for C-1 steering wheel restoration.

In the past I have used Ken Hansen from TN. Really impressed with his work on C1 steering wheels. He can be reached at 1 731 783-0815 or 1 731 618-9799. Someone out there might be as good but not one can do a better professional job on a steering wheel.
