Joe Raine asked if he could republish it in his St. Louis Chapter newsletter, which was, of course, was okay with me and Vinnie, and I also took the opportunity to revise it. The message and conclusions are the same, but I think the revision offers more clarity along with a substitution and an addition to the camshaft comparison table.
