I think I know the answer but I want to be sure. Would a car equipped with shoulder harness still have the carpet cut out for the luggage stop panel? I want to be 100% sure before I start cutting. Thanks in advance.

Hi -- not familiar with therm "Luggage Stop" but here is a photo of my recently acquired '67 coupe... Shoulder Belts, Tele, PW, Speed Warning, Head Rests... 420JG trim tag code ---

In your picture on the left side where the shoulder belt buckles are "stored"...that piece is what is referred to as the "luggage stop" running the width of the interior behind the seats.Leif
