Sorry Duke, didn't mean any offense.

The peer review I was referring to is is part of the process when Phd's and other researcher's publish their work in academic journals. The "peers" in that case are the other Phd's and researchers with like credentials. My wife publishes frequently in Economic Journals, but they exist in the sciences as well.

Peer review is a very important part of research. Without it anything could pass for credible research. Sometimes the best of minds make mistakes and omissions. We've all seen examples of that.

The "story" is as much fun to watch from over here in Bangkok, Thailand at a much slower internet speed as it was from back in Florida. Won't get back to my beauty until July 30, but my son says it's still running fine with the H & W valve adjustment I put on it over a year ago. Hope it's cooler in Florida in August than it is here and now.

Son wants to do Carlile late that month. Go up and hopefully see ol JD. Got Pattaya coming up next week. Go down and see how well the Russian Mafia is doing there. They got the Government to set up our old Air Base at Uttapou as a commercial airport just for them. Good! Then I won't have to share my Lufthansa flight out of here with those thugs.

7 pm here now. 6 am back in Florida. Good morning!

Duke, thank you for posting the latest edition of your and John's paper on small block valve adjustment here. My car is currently running well. I will seriously consider adjusting the valves per your paper when I am making other adjustments like dewell, timing, carburetor fuel mixture etc. in the future as part of periodic maintenance.
