Re: Happy Birthday to Corvettes
Wow, 62 years! Is there a model name that has been in continuous use longer than Corvette?
Do we know how many were built the first day, and where they are now?Last edited by Mark E.; June 30, 2015, 05:28 PM.Mark Edmondson

Re: Happy Birthday to Corvettes
The Chevy Suburban holds the record for being the longest-running nameplate in production. The first Suburban was produced in 1935 and has been in continuous production since, even through World War II because of its use as a military vehicle. GM estimates total production of more than two million units- Top

Re: Happy Birthday to Corvettes
Seems like there are a lot of folks who have both a Suburban and a Corvette.
So maybe Corvette is the second oldest model name?Mark Edmondson
