There's a ground wire bolted to the driver's side of the core support, on the surface facing forward, mid-way between top and bottom. It's a dedicated self taping bolt; you should see the hole if you have the original core support.
Page 12-A6 of AIM shows the lead but doesn't really show where it attaches.

Thanks Mark. The core support is original. I checked and located the hole. The self-tapping bolt is still in place waiting for me to attach the ground wire. When I started the frame- off four years ago, I took notes but missed this detail when I removed the original harness. Great to have the car running again. Just a few more details to complete.
