I have what I believe is an original upper shroud with the PA logo stamped on the inside lower passenger side. It has 3 mounting holes on each side. The tech manual says it is attached with three bolts each side. However, the radiator support and radiator does not have the center hole. is the shroud incorrect or the radiator and radiator support incorrect?

The correct shroud has two holes on each side. The top hole on each side goes to the lower bolt hole of the popup spring. Be sure not to put the popup on to the shroud tab. Look at my picture of the correct installation. About 6-7 inches down from the highest bolt is the lowest mounting hole for the shroud. Only two bolts on each side hold the shroud. The very top bolt is only for the popup spring. -
