Length of 1957 tachometer and speedometer cables
For the three speed and automatic, what are the correct lengths for 1957 tachometer and speedometer cables? Engine is 283/245.

My '57 tach cable housing measures 59-7/8 inch flange to flange with 1/2 inch of the inner cable extending from the tach end and 1-1/8 inch at the generator end with the cable seated in the housing on the tach end. Sorry I can't help with the speedometer cable.
