Anyone know of a source for one of these? I have seen two on eBay but a bit pricey. Can't seem to find any in my parts catalogs. Thanks! Randy

Re: 68 Lower Radiator air baffle
Randy------
This is a non-reproduced, 68-72 Corvette only item and applicable only to cars with aluminum radiators (i.e. 68-72 base engine cars and some 68-70 350 & 370 HP). I sort of doubt that it ever will be reproduced but I've said that before about things that eventually got reproduced (those crafty Chinese can surprise). So, I'd say used is going to be your only source. The item you're looking for was GM #3919755 and was discontinued in 1975.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

In 1968 the shroud was also used with very early cars with copper radiators. This includes all big blocks cars (except L88). Due to over heating issues with the partial radiator coverage metal fan shroud that used the baffle it was quickly replaced with a full radiator coverage fiberglass shroud that did not need the baffle.
The switch to the fiberglass full shroud occurred at vin 2469 for 427ci cars according to DST 68-T-9.
