Re: Rear End and Transmission Fluid Change
Don't forget to add posi-fluid when you are flushing/refilling your rear end ---- apologies if it was mentioned earlier --- I got some at my local Chevrolet dealer when I did mine earlier this year ----
I used this: "Genuine GM Fluid 88900330 Limited Slip Axle Lubricant Additive - 4 oz".
It looks like this======(photo below) there are alternatives but this seems to work quite well -- is readily available and about $9 for 4 oz's.... I used two bottles on my '66 BB 3.36:1 rear end....along with Lucas Heavy Duty High Performance SAE 80W-90 gear oil.

Re: Rear End and Transmission Fluid Change
You can also buy the same additive from NAPA, but it's about the same price. Ford, Mercedes and others sell the same product and any other manufacturers who offer clutch-type limited slip differentials.
