    C2 Registry Issues

Hi, I am new to the Forum so hopefully I won't mess this Post up too badly.
I have a 1965 327/375 Roadster and wanted to add my car to the C2 Registry. When trying to add my car I found out that someone else is using my Serial # 108004 for a 327/250 Coupe. There seems to be a Webmaster icon but it does not download to my Google browser. There appears to be nobody to contact regarding such problems. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Thanks!

    Re: C2 Registry Issues

Frank - With your membership number, you've been in the NCRS for a while, glad to see you post. I just looked at the C2 Registry and saw the entry for VIN #8004 and oddly, the line item does show a 250 horse Coupe but when you click on it and open up the details, there's really nothing there and I saw the total number of visitors as '1'. Next time you go there, scroll down to the bottom and Michael Westenberg (sp) is listed at the bottom, I believe he can straighten this out for you. By the way, how about posting a pic of your 65 FI Roadster here on the NCRS site?

          Hi Michael,
I had read this Help info previously but only the person who put this serial number in the Registry can remove it. The Webmaster can as well but there does not appear to be any way to contact the "Webmaster" as the link does not work! The "Contact Us" link does not work as well. Unless I am missing something! Thanks for trying to help out!

              Thanks Mike,
I will try to contact Michael Westenberg as you suggest. Too bad the "Contact Us" and the "Webmaster" links don't work unless they are temporarily down! ....and just because you are interested I will post a picture of my car as my Thanks to you for trying to help out with this issue.

                    Yes Stewart,
I have reviewed Jim Gessner's site and it is very well done in my opinion. He has been very helpful to me in many ways over the years. He located the correct stamped original FI unit for my car. Without his registry and help I never would have accomplished this on my own.

                        Hi Mike,
When you bring up Michael's car on the Registry there is no way that I could find to contact him. I even tried an e-mail through NCRS as his member # is 46144 but he does not accept e-mails directly or the site has instructions not to deliver. So I think that I will give up on the Registry idea. Thanks for your assistance. Not sure if you are getting attachment on my car but will try again.1965 Corvette Mecum Auction 2014 Handout Final 11-7-2014.pdf

Mails sent via the Contact Us button are ending up in my inbox, mails sent via the help page weren't but are now also ending up in my inbox. Thanks for pointing this out!

In this case I helped Frank out (but I did get warned about his issues only after Don Hooper notified me)...
