C3 Wiper Mounting Posts

Any advice on R/R fixed wiper motor stud replacement? These do not look like a terribly easy fix without serious disassembly. All 3 on my 70 are lookin' mighty iffy. I should have known something was up when I had to use a 10mm socket to remove them.....

Hi Patrick,
I'm thinking you're wondering how to preceed if a stud twists off?
I believe if you just plan on repairing the stud with a bolt inserted through a drilled-out hole where the stud was you'd likely have enough access with just the wiper grill removed.
In order to remove the stud plate and do a 'proper' repair I'd think the wiper door and mechanism might have to come out too.
