C2 engine compartment overspray on outer fenders
When the black out operation was done on a 65 through 67 was a mask used to prevent black out from getting on the outside fenders at the louver panel ?

Bill, on the original cars I have seen, the blackout stops on the apron. The backside of the louvers are natural fiberglass with a bit of primer and paint overspray that has blown through the unmasked louvers during the exterior painting. So there was no masking of the louvers necessary for the blackout.
