I am rewiring my Dad's 57 and don't know where the black wire in the photo goes.

DSC06713.jpgDSC06714.jpgDSC07278.jpgHi Scott, I believe you are showing the wire from the Cig lighter. I have attached a picture showing it going to the clock mount strap and oil pressure gauge.
If you have a heater you should ground the heater ground to this same location. Any problems with pictures let me know

ncrs published a booklet containing wiring diagrams for the c-1 and c-2's years ago. i suspect its still available. contact the mottlers in cinncy. mike
