'68 sb hood question

I received an extra hood with my '68 sb car. All measurements are the same as my stock hood except for the distance from the rear most hinge bolt to the first hood support bolt. My '68 measures 13.5". The spare hood measures 8.5". What year would this be for? Thanks.

Brian, that's a 1972 only hood. A different hood prop used that year.
