1970 Tank sticker question

What is the meaning/significance of the line on the tank sticker "F70X15 Tire Scheduling Only" ? I'v seen this on a 72 sticker in Dobbins book, and now found it on a 70 tank sticker. This specific 70 came with Firestone blackwalls from the factory.

It indicates exactly what you found -- The Corvette was originally equipped with blackwall tires.
Even for Blackwall they had to account for the tires somehow (bean counters -- or in this case tire counters) needed some way to account for them.

i have a 72 tank sticker that says "F70x15 Tires"
The 70 tank sticker adds "scheduling only". What is the significance of that?
Both cars are blackwall tire cars.

My scientific guess is that by 1972 they wanted to save on printer ink.
