Need '61 steering wheel restoration advice

A friend is restoring a barn find (more like yard find) '61 and needs advice on a good contact who can restore a '61 red steering wheel. A repro is an option, but I think there has to be someone who can restore an original somewhere. Thanks for any tips.

Richard Dunham, an NCRS C1 judge, restores steering wheels. Might give him a call; 517-339-8225 or dunco1959@sbcglobal.net.

FYI I avoid placing email addresses or phone numbers in locations where scam bots and others can find them. That's why I suggested a PM if Michael didn't easily find them. Just something to think about in a semi-public forum.

I have a Computer Science degree and have built dozens of high volume web sites...but thanks for the advice.

Richard's contact info has been plastered all over the Corvette Forum (and a few other places) that have much higher volume usage than this site for years... It has been prominently placed on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jD4umgcRRrQ
including his home address under "Show More" in the comments. If bots want his info they have better targets than the NCRS site.
