Hi all,

Who among us has not dreamed of being able to buy a Z06 at the price of a regular '63 SWC? But just how often do you get the chance to buy a regular SWC at a Z06 price! Not that often at all!

It is on eBay auction number 281674061526


. At $225,500, it won't last long, especially with the rare 327/300 engine, so don't wait! I'd buy it myself, except that I'm looking for a pair and, anyway, I want some of you guys to get a deal once in a while. I'm just that kind of guy.

If its that white one (car #53) its been on eBay for months. Nothing special; the guy is looking for a sucker.

I can't understand why anyone would pay a premium for a 63 coupe. I turned down a 63 fuelie for $2K because of that spit window (many years ago). I guess Zora and I had the same taste.

I was offered twice that much for my 63 convertible, but turned it down.

My 63, the LWC is a white fuelie with cheep gas tank. Poor Old Jd has much more tied up in the car than allll of those crazy ads. Guess why? LOL

It is actually not a bad advertising idea.

Ask a real high Buy It Now price, but also listen to "Make Offer" on the car.

I don't see him getting anywhere near that, but somebody might hit him with a low 6 figure offer. Depends on how bad they want the car.

He is not the first person to use Ebay like this.
