    Scg

A couple of days ago a new member, a Mr. Newby posted that he was thinking about a frame off for his 72 SCG 454 Corvette. My Question for the NCRS, without reveling how stupid I can be, is what does SCG stand for other than steel city grey in the paint codes?
    Thanks

    Re: Scg

    Hi Rey,
I don't know if you looked back at the thread you posted in or not but the question was asked there too.
When I read the thread I thought it referred to Steel Cities Gray, but can certainly understand why someone might wonder.
The odd thing for me is that I often refer to War Bonnet Yellow as just WB without even acknowledging the Yellow.
Further, I sometimes greet a particular owner of TWO WB cars as WB.
I hope you're well and progress on your car continues!
    Regards,
    Alan

        Scg

I just open two help desk replies from John Waggoner and Eric Mortimer, Even they are puzzled as to what SCG stands for other than paint codes. Maybe Mr. Newby Can Chime back in and clarify what SCG stands for. I know that it would clear a little bit of my cranial fog.

SCG or SGC? Title is one way, post is a different version.
