350 intake height

Awhile back I asked if the 69 BB hood had more clearance for a Edelbrock RPM intake. Someone answered yes, but I found out today it does not fit. Trying to save some time finding which Edelbrock # will fit under the hood. Evidently small block and big block have same air cleaner height clearance. Any help is appreciated

If the engine is a small block, I can absolutely guarantee you that an Edelbrock Performer 2101 will fit under a small block hood with stock air cleaner. A Performer RPM is 0.70" taller and will definitely not fit under a small block hood. I don't know if it will fit under a big block hood.
