Thanks for checking in Don. Ok, just got the Vette back late last week. We were having a problem with the Transistor Ignition; something I didn't realize might be the culprit in my initial email and something I should have disclosed. Truth be told, I didn't know much about it until reading more in the last few weeks. for now, we have disconnected it and installed an electronic ignition. I kept all of the other parts. This car is a driver. So far it is running perfect. I'll write more in a couple of weeks when I can drive it more. The test drives I have given it (under the same conditions I had before) have turned out great.
