C2 washer nozzle gasket

I am wondering about c2 washer nozzle gaskets? The pair I removed from my 67 were larger in diameter that the washer nozzle and the nozzle recessed down into the washers on a step. If that makes sense. The ones I ordered from lic were a square round gasket that is the same diameter as the nozzle. If mine are correct where can replacements be ordered?

King the washers under the C2 nozzles were a square cut rubber, just be careful not to over torque the rubber washers there suppose to be just barely overhanging the nozzle. It sounds like the ones you have on car have been over torqued.

Might mean square in cross section?

Square as in Oil Canister seal, only smaller.

I like using proper sized rubber grommets cut in two. That way you protect nozzle metal from painted grill frame, and few the wiser.

Sorry square round is not a great descriptive term. I'll post a picture tomorrow
