    1969 Brake Calipers

I am refurbishing the brake calipers and have a question about the pin that holds the brake pads in place. Most of the replacement pins have a gold or silver finish. Did the original pins have a finish on them or were they natural?
    Thanks Steve

Originals were natural steel. GM #5467815, now discontinued.

      Joe,

Knew you would know. Thanks for getting back to me for such a 'simple question' that I could not find an answer too.
      Thanks Again, Steve
