61-62 seat frames?

Can anyone tell me what is different in the 61-62 seat frames and the 58-60 seat frames? Can the 58-60 frames be used in a 61-62
car?

Major differences. They mount to the car differently. 61-62 uppers and lowers bolt together and the cushions aren't readily separated from the frames. 58-60 cushions set individually into the frames. 61-62 are less bulky. All that said, you can make 58-60s fit into a 61-62 car and vice versa.

Mike thanks for your reply. Look like we need seat frame brackets that mount to the floor pan to use 58-60 seat frames.

The retainers for the rear of the 61-62 frames also mount to the floor pan.
