I am going to replace a Holly #3367 carburetor on my 1966 Corvette. Where can I get the best instruction manual or/and which is the best web site for instructions????

I recommend the Chevrolet Service Manual and the Chevrolet Overhaul Manual (both together) for 1966 Corvettes. Has about all the information you will ever need.

Instructions on what? You can get a service and overhaul manual from Holley itself. Torque for carb to manifold hold down nuts for a '66 is 80 INCH lbs. "Vintage Musclecar Parts" web site by carb restorer has condensed instructions about setting floats, etc. Yes would be good to buy the '66 Chevy chassis service manual also.
