    1966 L79 fuel lines/fittings

Are 66 l79 fuel pump to carb fuel line and fittings chrome plated like the 65 cars? Also does anyone have pictures of the fuel fittings for a 1966 l79 car. If possible a picture of the fitting itself and a picture in the fuel pump. Thanks

Yes, the line from the fuel pump to the carb is chrome plated.

The 1966 judging guide lists the fuel fittings to be chrome as well. Is the fitting directly into the fuel pump chrome as well? I cannot find any clear pictures of this.

Here's a picture of my 66 L79 engine. The fuel pump is a later version, so not correct, but I believe the fuel line from the pump to the carb is correct. And yes, it is chrome all the way.

The valve cover are only temporary . I took the finned aluminum ones off to protect them.

          Mathew,

Here are three pics that you may have to zoom in on ,but should give you the whole picture on routing. I believe this to be the correct routing and the correct fuel pump. If not, hopefully others will correct me .
