Word out in Titusville is that some of the TV celebs from Velocity will be there as well (Chasing Classic Cars). Believe it is a "no reserve" bid on the cars, so it is drawing a lot of attention.

    Should be fun.

Thanks for posting Jim!! I haven't seen a Scott's unit since the mid 60's - early 70's! Along with the unit pictured they also produced a unit that mounted atop a blower with a really futuristic and well designed scoop. The blower FI unit, as I recall, was a long narrow unit with two long chambers, sort of like a shoe box with a divider running lengthwise down the middle. They were not like the more common "four stack" blower units of the day. I think they were made in California. I saw one at the Indy Nationals and another on a rail displayed at a Rod and Custom Show in Ft. Wayne, IN in the 60's and 1970.

        Thanks Jim!
        Steve

Jim, Thanks for the link. I was just a few miles from there Tuesday,

The online bidding page has a picture of the "1958 Corvette Body". I fixed their picture....
As of today the bid is $325.
