After some back and forth discussions between the dealer/zone/plant he drove his car back to Bowling Green and they replaced all the panels over the course of several days providing him a loaner Corvette during the downtime. This has been photo documented and I've seen the car at our local Cars & Coffee event. That will be an interesting NCRS car years from now.
                      That car shouldn't be a problem to judge.
                      The NCRS and NCCB standard is Typical Factory Production. I don't think what happened in any of the cited cases is typical.

                              I completely agree. I let the car say what it is and anything more than its physical presentation, I want proof (not stories).
