    C2 Tachometer Cable

I'm looking for a tach cable that is closer to the original. The 66 and 67 TIM&JG show picture of the distributor end of a correct tach cable. It should have a four sided, sort of square crimp. LIC is the only vendor that says their's is "correct", but the picture of theirs doesn't really look like an original.

Anyone got another source for correct cable? I looked at picture in on-line catalogs for Paragon, CC, Zip, Ecklers, Dr. Rebuild and others.

    thanks,
    Don

    Re: C2 Tachometer Cable

When I had to replace my '66 tach cable I took the cable to a local speedometer repair shop. They made me an exact copy of the original. They were also a custom car builder so they deal with making their own parts quite often. Maybe a place like that might be near you.
