    enclosed trailer doors question

    for the side door which is better/more secure, the bar lock or flush lock ?? thanks.

    Not sure I know, all I have had is the flush lock for the side and back door of my Trailex, but it has never given me any problems.

      I've had both. Thief will get anywhere they want only thing you can do is slow them down.

      But to answer you question I think the bar type is stronger. I always felt the flush type is subject to a crow bar to pry the door open. Just my own feeling, no experience by thief.

        thanks, on my previous wells cargo I had bar locks side and front and they were no problem. thanks again.

          Gene is right, a thief will get what they want. We have always had the bar type and have never had any issues with them.

            I agree with Gene; I have had both; I will only use the bar type as I find them more secure and don't leak water.
