Mid Year Radiator side support bolts ID

I am needing some help identifying some bolts on my 66. The bolts in question are the ones that secure the hood hinge/radiator reinforcement bracket in the inner fender shirt to the side of the radiator support. The 66 AIM shows that the part number is 120228.

The bolts I have are 5/16-18 X 7/8 with a WB head mark and appear to be cad or zinc plated. Do these sound correct? Anyone know if there were other head marks?

Also, the AIM appears to me to show the split washer to be between the skirt and the radiator support with the shims, but all of mine were under the bolt head in the inner fender.

WB is probably most common but others, RBW, SBC were also used. Shims go between the inner-fender and the support, no split washer there.

But is the bolt the correct size? The only other reference to 120228 that I could find on the forum was that it was 5/16-18 x 5/8, shorter than the 7/8 bolts I have on the car.

Jeremy yes 7/8" thread is correct grade 2 WB, L, SBC WB1C and a few more head markings, yours pictured are correct.

The reproduction people must be reading the 5/8 spec. because they are often too short to shim the support.
