Who can do a rebuild and restoration of a 1961 Corvette Radio

Hello all. Does anyone know a good radio restorer? The guy I have used in the past in northern CA passed away a few months ago. Who is doing work that is good enough to pass PV these day on a C1 radio? I am quite sure this radio is going to need a bit more than the usual cleaning... Thanks, Rick

Jerry Rudbeck is into my 63 radio as we speak. I'm VERY impressed with his communication and knowledge so far. Contact him and ask about your 61 radio. My guess is he can do it.

Yes Jerry is great. He and I worked together on several related radios. I bought a NOS '67 unit from him a few years ago as well. He also installed a Ipod/external jack at the rear in a existing hole(if you want to remove later) for other audio inputs to play through it.

He is a master at his work and loves it. Perfect match. He is very busy all the time so I recommend to get in the queue asap.

Jerry has done 3 for me. I just installed the first one last Month and perfect. Also he warned me about some repo speakers that can screw things up.
Jerry told me where to go to get the original rebuilt.

Jerry is the best, he has done 6 for me, including some AM/8 Track units from other manufacturers, but now he is only doing a select set of radios for GM cars. He is worth the wait, since he slowed down to enjoy life more.
