Difficulty Rolling Up '65 Coupe Side Window

I haven't starting taking the door apart yet to determine what is making in so difficult to roll up the side window on my '65 coupe. It rolls down easily but is a bear to get rolled back up. I am thinking it is the regulator spring that is broken? Anyone ever experience this before?

    Thanks,

    James West

regulator springs rarely break. most common cause is failure of fuzzies in the track. mike

Another problem is that the grease gets old and hard in the tracks.

James .I agree with Mike . The second thing I would check is to make sure all the regulator and channel bolts are tight and the glass is not cocked in the channel .
