61 RPO 242 PCV valve tag

Has anyone seen a tag like this before? It is a 61 valve with the 5645907 part number and "To Manifold" stamped in the body, but above it is the white/red AC sticker indicating which direction manifold should be. The first two pictures are of a similar valve, but with clearer stamping (no rust). The pics don't show the arrow and "to" before the word manifold.
