68 wiper door vacuum system
My 68's wiper door opens and closes on engine start up. The relay is new and tests out and holds vacuum ok. All hoses, check valve and filter have been replaced. I have disconnected the control circuit hose at the check valve and tested to hold vacuum. Control circuit holds 18" hg.
On the power side the systems works ok, but there are some leaks. Vacuum drops of in 20-30 seconds. The wiper door actuator works but does not hold vacuum.
I have spent hours trying to sort this out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
