Rick Reid passed away last night, those of you that remember Rick know what an asset he was to the organization, a very successful and humble man who served for the honor of serving because he felt he could make a difference, and he did. Rest in peace my friend our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.

Re: Rick Reid
Rick served on the board of directors from 1989 and was NCRS President from 1993-1998 and I was proud to have served on the board with him. Mary has been at his side for days on end as he went through the final weeks of his life. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mary and his entire family during this difficult time.
I'll post arrangements as they become available, members have asked for his address, so it's posted below...

Re: Rick Reid
Just received this from Mary Reid...
I donโt know how to express my gratitude for the outpouring of prayers, kind thoughts, and love for Rick and me. It means so much to know he was loved and so highly regarded by so many from so many different avenues of life. I just want you to know it means so much to me and his family at this very sad, difficult time. I know Rick would have a big smile on his face and a tear in his eye when reading all your emails as he cared deeply for his family and friends. Again, thank you for the outpouring of love and prayers.
There will be a memorial at a later date and we will certainly let you know โRick always loved a partyโฆโฆ. My heartfelt thanks and love to all- Mary- Top

Re: Rick Reid
The Northwest Chapter has had a rough couple of months in losing our friends as Bob Unger died last month, followed by Larry Richter and now Rick Reid this month. They will be greatly missed by all as they spend time on a higher judging field. RIP my friends. The Puyallup swap meet will never be the same along with the other memories we have of these gentlemen.Mike Doty
