I would have to agree with Ara, no 5 rims were perfectly balanced from factory. My wheels have at least one weight each and vary from 1.0 to 1.75 oz each... Micro is the way to go as per the judging manual

Enzo, I think we should put them on the Wheel balancer at Wilson-Niblett for the Chapter Judging event!

Point taken Gary, I am following the judging manual which clearly shows Micro weights and not others. Do you have pics of other types used and are they recognized by judges if not present in the manual?.. A pic would help also if available ... Thank You

As I remember photos of the other weights were included in Gary's Restorer article on the subject. I have no way of digging that article up; however see post #14 of this thread.
I would never be so bold as to speak to what any judge would accept for any part of a Corvette. I do know some judges who might accept a Mustang hubcap, however.

PS The Mustang hubcap is an inside joke that will need no explanation to those who have attended one of Dave Brigham's PowerPoint presos. To those who have not attended same, no explanation is possible.

                Enzo,

Send me your e-mail address and I'll send you a PDF of the article of C2-era wheel weights that I wrote for the Restorer some years ago. My e-mail is garybeaupre@comcast.net

In my post from yesterday, I misspoke about the "perfect" logo. The word perfect does not appear on their weights. That company uses a slanted letter P, pierced by an arrow facing right.

                Gary
