Meguiar's has a 2-part pack just for automotive clear plastics - one is a cleaner, the other is a polish - don't remember the #'s. Also, if you have an airport nearby, most FBO's carry the Novus brand of plastic cleaners/polishes for aircraft windows.

Any clear coat buffing cpd and wool pad on variable speed buffer/polisher

Steve Newsome makes an exact repro off an original
It will pass judging.
The one from CC is "too" bulb-ish......
