Old NCRS mailing (1975) FWIW

In the late 1980's I bought a complete collection of Restorers and Drivelines. With that came many of the early classified ads (pre-Driveline) and other interesting pieces.
I've had the attached since then, but just ran across it again. Thought you might like to see what the NCRS was like almost 40 years ago.
Envelope is cancelled on February 7, 1975. I joined NCRS just slightly after this was mailed.

I'm familiar with the 75 Membership Roster but the yellow cover letter is something I have never seen. Very neat piece. There are other Membership Rosters issued every few years after 1975. I can get you the dates if it is of interest to you or anyone else. I have never seen the International survey piece either. All part of NCRS history.

Hi Dave,
It appears there was another roster the very next year, 1976.
It's interesting that the 1975 roster mentions there were 337 members by Jan. 30, 1975.
The 1976 roster doesn't mention a date or member total but there are about 1400 members listed.

I'm curious what piece of printed material was the first to have that now familiar drawing of the 53 on it?

The paper the rosters were printed on is similar (I believe) to the paper used for the RESTORER at that time and has aged well.

While I was looking for the Membership Rosters I found a few more interesting NCRS pieces.
Anyone remember the Topical Index pieces that helped us find articles before the CD was issued. ???
How about the Best of Volume One publication. ??

This sleeve for your Corvette documents was a gift for the 20th anniversary. The credibility of the signer might be a bit suspect, though.
